September 18, 2009 J&E Office City in St. Louis is anxious to work with greater St. Louis area companies interested in implementing a new CRM program or enhancing an existing program. Subsequently J&E, in conjunction with the CRM International team, will be conducting local CRM informational seminars. The seminars will address: -How to identify your readiness for a CRM program. Attendees will learn to recognize the “pain points” that a CRM/Sales Force Automation program addresses. -The steps to take in planning for a CRM Program. -How CRM software, such as GoldMine, works. -How to choose a CRM software program. -What is sales force automation and how it works with CRM.
